POSITION SUMMARY: Seigler Labs Web Company is a quickly growing technology company located in Albuquerque, New Mexico serving clients all over the United States. We are currently looking for friendly people who are focused, organized, excellent at verbal communication, and professional with outstanding experience to join our remote support team as a Client Support Specialist. You will assist in resolving customer needs promptly and work on client support incidents via emails, web form submissions, and online chat inquires. As a part of the remote support team, you will be the first line of contact for all support issues for our clients. This position will be required to work on Saturdays.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle day-to-day inquiries from emails, web form submissions, and online chat inquiries
- Answer direct phone calls from our NEW ministry company
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems
- Handle technical client issues including activating, updating and maintaining client accounts in our database
- Collaborate with Systems Administrators on project statuses
- Software testing, bug tracking, and research
- General office communication/teamwork
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- Work from home remotely

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- CRM software experience
- Help desk software experience
- Desire to learn Windows, Linux, cPanel web-based technologies
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- The ability to communicate (spoken and written) effectively to provide clear understanding steps to resolve an issue.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- A desire to help people in a friendly and helpful way
- Comfortable working from home

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Prior experience of 1-2 years in a customer service role
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Typing speed minimum of 55 WPM
